Photo of a water filtering station in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines. Numerous water filtering stations like these exist throughout the island due to tap water being non-potable. The blue containers are taken to these stations, and refilled. Most households depend on this infrastructure for drinking water. The station uses reverse osmosis, and an in-line UV filter (the horizontal pipe, in image).
